1. Overview & Acceptance
By accessing l7performance.com or engaging L7 Performance ("we," "us," or "our") for website design, audit scorecards, local search engine optimization, Generative Engine Optimization (GEO), or digital consulting, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use this website or our services.
2. Services, Retainers & Minimum Commitment
L7 Performance delivers subscription-based website design, ongoing SEO/GEO optimization, and automated reputation management. Recurring services are billed monthly in advance.
Website Build Commitment: Where an initial custom website build or ground-up rebuild is included at no upfront charge, services require a mandatory six (6) month minimum agreement. After completion of the initial six-month term, services automatically transition to a month-to-month agreement, cancellable at any time prior to the next billing cycle via written notice to hello@l7performance.com.
Early Termination: If you elect to terminate services prior to fulfilling the initial six-month commitment on an included website build, you remain responsible for the balance of the remaining monthly retainer payments for the unexpired term, or an early buyout fee equal to that remaining balance.
3. Intellectual Property & Asset Ownership
You retain 100% ownership of your business domain name, trademarks, and existing digital assets from day one. Full ownership, source code, and migration rights to the custom Astro website and marketing assets created by L7 Performance transfer to you upon successful completion of the initial six (6) month commitment and settlement of all corresponding invoices. No hostage fees or migration penalties apply once the initial term is fulfilled.
4. Performance Disclaimer & Search Rankings
L7 Performance implements industry-standard optimization, semantic entity schemas, and speed hardening. However, organic search rankings (including Google Map Pack placement) and generative AI answer engine citations (such as ChatGPT, Gemini, and Perplexity) depend on independent third-party algorithms. We do not guarantee specific numerical search positions or revenue outcomes.
5. Free Audit Scorecards
Complimentary audit scorecards are provided for informational assessment only. While we make every effort to ensure technical accuracy regarding email authentication (SPF/DKIM/DMARC) and Core Web Vitals, reports are delivered "as is" without warranties of any kind.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, L7 Performance and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages resulting from downtime, algorithm changes by search providers, email delivery issues caused by third-party hosting providers, or loss of profits. Our total liability for any claim arising out of our services shall not exceed the total fees paid by you to L7 Performance during the one (1) month preceding the event.
